was founded in 2022 by our CEO, Dr. Ingwer Meinhold, Alumni of BCG, who has extended management experience in international corporations as well as in medium-sized family businesses and start-ups. He has developed and implemented strategies, solved financial challenges and restored operational prosperity.

We integrate the requirements of ESG and CSRD into our projects and are analysing the value chain in detail to identify potential strategy options. From this we develop with you approaches to reduce costs and to leverage strategic opportunities.
